Send accurate event details, ticket links and approved artwork or photos you have permission to use. We customize the promotional design to fit NorCal Country Club’s branding, with factual details confirmed before posting. NCC retains creative and editorial direction.

Instagram and Facebook placements share the same content. TikTok placements in these packages are photo posts. Original video production, attendance, travel and professional photography are separate services. Newsletter space and the posting schedule are confirmed before booking.

Capture the performance with coverage that fits the moments you need.

Focused Performance Coverage

A focused session of approximately 30 minutes within an agreed performance window. Ideal when you need a selection of live performance images without booking full-show attendance.

Custom quote based on location, access, edited image delivery and usage. Coverage is subject to artist and venue photography restrictions.

Full-Show & Extended Coverage

For a longer performance, multiple sets or a broader story of the night. Attendance duration, permitted access, travel, image delivery and usage are agreed in a separate custom quote.

Artist Promo Photography

Updated photos for your press kit, website, social channels or upcoming release. Sessions are quoted separately based on location, creative needs, edited images and usage.

Professional photography is booked separately from promotional packages and phone-shot social coverage.

Festival Promotion & Coverage

Plan a coordinated campaign across social media, the website and newsletter. Multiweek promotion, sponsorships and ticket affiliate collaborations can be scoped around your event and goals.

Festival campaigns are custom quoted separately from single event packages. On-site festival coverage can include scheduled attendance, Instagram Stories and an edited, phone-shot Reel or TikTok. Professional festival photography, extended attendance and multiple days are quoted separately. Travel, access, deliverables and timing are agreed before booking. Affiliate arrangements require an agreed tracking and compensation setup.

Send your date, location, event links and the services you have in mind. We confirm availability, deliverables, schedule and pricing before you book. Additional events, travel, photography or content beyond a package receive a separate quote.
